This is a theme for the app Talon, a third-party Twitter application. Talon MUST be installed to use this theme! Once this theme is installed, open Talon and then open Settings. Under the ADD-ON THEMES section, check the box "Use add-on theme". Select the "Talon - Round Cards Holo Blue" selection from the list of Add-on Themes. Talon will prompt you that it is going to close, and that you should remove it from your Recent Apps.
