This is not a VPN app. This is a shortcut to the integrated android VPN setting screen. The regular way to access that screen is: menu -> settings -> more -> VPN. As the VPN gets disconnected if you switch WiFi/3G networks you have to go though all menus each time. You may put the icon on your home screen and access the VPN with one tap. Enjoy!
