TempTraqTM is a wearable, wireless thermometer in the form of a soft, comfortable patch. The patch senses, records and transmits body temperature for 24 hours via Bluetooth® 4.0 (LE) to an iPhone®, iPad®, or iPod touch® with Bluetooth 4.0 capability running the TempTraq app.The app requires the TempTraq patch to function.TempTraq allows a child to rest when they are ill with an elevated temperature. There is no need to disturb the child to take a temperature measurement so the child can rest and the parents can be confident knowing their child's temperature.TempTraq PatchThe TempTraq patch is designed to be worn with the sensor in the armpit area measuring axillary temperature. TempTraq converts this axillary temperature measurement to display body temperature which is equivalent to a temperature measurement taken orally.
