This is a sports performance training application used to improve lateral speed, agility ,quickness, fitness and reaction times. This is done by getting the athlete to respond to audio and visual cues whilst being within an agility grid. The grid can be any size, with up to 22 different cue points/corners. The cues can be random or ordered, cues include colors, numbers and directions. Advanced calibration controls allow for any combination and mix of cues and cue types. The application can be calibrated to change the number of sets, repetitions, rest interval, time per repetition and starting delay - all time intervals can be calibrated to one tenth of a second. Alternatively the user can calibrate fitness tests where the difficulty changes based on changing speed and/or time per rep after specifying shuttle distance and initial speed. Also included within the app are set exercises and tests: hexagon agility (clockwise, anti-clockwise, random), the multistage fitness test (bleep test), pro agility and agility square. These can all be adjusted by the user. Progress can be logged to Facebook and/or Twitter.
