In April of 2005, members of Crosstown Community Church and The Pointe Church merged to form The Crossing Church. Crosstown had been searching for the right Senior Pastor to fulfill the calling God had placed on it; the Pointe Church was a rapidly growing church who had outgrown their facility and was in need of additional space.
