Have you been thinking about getting in better shape but don't know where to start or think you're just too busy and don't have the time? Well than this program is perfect for you. As we know, people are living longer and longer lives has placed more emphasis on health and fitness.

With this new emphasis, one of the problems is that most people just don’t fully understand how to properly work out and usually end up either hurting themselves or just wasting their time because they are simply doing the right exercise the wrong way or just the wrong exercise all together.

Let's face it, we have all made new year's resolutions to work out more and get in better shape and what usually happens is you buy a gym membership and within several months you don’t use it or the piece of equipment you ordered ends up collecting dust. In today’s market, most workout videos are just too long for most people. With the everyday not only will you have me right there motivating you showing you how to properly do each move for maximum results, it only takes 15 minutes! Working out has to be convenient and fit in our schedule and realistic or we just won't stick with it. It also needs to be fun and fast paced or we get bored. I've found from working out my entire life that most people have a misconception of working out and think that you have to work out for an hour to see results when in fact a little bit each day will do the job if you stick with it.

I got this idea because I recently lost my grandparents and they died way too early in life and could have easily lived another 10 years if they had just done anything! So I came up with a series of fast paced, heart pumping, fundamentally based workouts that consist of very simple, easy to do, but effective moves that will not only give you a good cardio workout but also give you a total body workout. I created 3 levels because not everyone is on the same fitness level so whether you have worked out your entire life or not at all, there is something here for everyone.

I’ve learned from many years of experience that you just don’t need to do half the silly moves I see people doing in the gym so I’ve taken the most basic core exercises that work the most amount of muscles in the easiest, but most effective way that I know and mixed them in with some cardio to have you feeling good in no time.

Speaking of feeling good, another major part of feeling and looking good is eating right so that's why I've included a meal guide that will help guide you to eating better and healthier which is just as important as working out! You know what they always say, "You are what you eat!"
