The Free Virtual Library represents the "best" reference resources on the Web in English as chosen by the curator William Jiang, MLS. Mr. Jiang was the Special Library Chief with Columbia University/NYSPI for seven years, and he has been considered an expert in both print and electronic reference sources for more than fifteen years. He has been a distinguished member of the American Libraries Association and the Special Libraries Association. Most of the information contained in this app is completely free to use, although copyright laws do apply.
