The Application has a number of main features which lifters can make efficient use out of: firstly a Target Weight Function which indicates how far from the target weight lifters may be in relation to a particular exercise. Secondly, a Strength Performance Indicator which illustrates how much a lifter’s strength may have increased or decreased between sessions and finally a Graph Function which allows lifters to visualise their peak weight distribution for particular exercises across a range of different sessions.
