The Knight Academy opened its doors in September 2008 with the goal of providing a quality middle school education for the young men and women of Toledo and its surrounding communities. The Academy's central goals are to emphasize excellence in academic, physical, and character development as a means of equipping students for a college preparatory secondary program and admission to the high school of their choice.

Through our rigorously challenging extended schedule comprised of academics, character education, and extra-curricular sports and activity programs, we aim to educate and advance the whole child -- mind, body and spirit. As a foundation for future success, we nurture the growth of personal values, a distinguishing personal code of behavior, confidence in one's own capabilities, with concern and service to others.
