A Turing Machine is a device that manipulates symbols on a strip of tape by using a table of rules. It might not look like it but the Turing Machine is in fact a machine on which all modern day computation is based upon (hence the term Turing Completeness).

This program emulates a Turing machine ad includes several features such as the ability to manually control the direction and writing/erasing of the Read/Write header. Users will also have the ability to create programs using the Programmable Rules Table.
