Nowotnik is a logic puzzle game. A grid of colored tiles is jumbled and the objective of the game is to restore the original state of the grid. The problem is that each move affects many tiles.

There are 2 different puzzles, each with 4 levels of play.

In puzzle 1, the tiles are moved up, down, left or right, and the tiles pushed of the board appear back on the other side. Half the playing area moves at once, which means that moving a particular tile rearranges a lot of other tiles. This version of the puzzle is extremely challenging, comparable to a 2D version of Rubik's cube.

In puzzle 2, a row or column of tiles is flipped at once, so that they are a mirror image of what they were before the flip. Puzzle 2 is easier than puzzle 1.

This game is a retro remake of a Sinclair ZX Spectrum game. It is easy to play, but extremely challenging. requiring logic and perseverance to complete it.
