At some time in our life we all suffer pain. The PAIN APP is an easy way to record and manage your pain effectively.

The app can be used for one or more people. Simply select "Add Person" and complete the Name, Address and Date of Birth fields. You can even add a photo of your choice.

To record an instance of pain select "Record Pain", here you are able to select the area of your body that is painful by simply tapping an image.

You will then be asked to score your pain level from 0 (No Pain) to 10 (Unbearable), adding notes if you wish.

The app will ask if you have taken medication, and give you the chance to make a note of this.

Finally you will be able to review your "Pain History". Here you can quickly see all recorded instances of pain, their location, notes and if medication has been taken. This is conveniently represented as a bar graph. You can even export the image to view on your computer or email it to your Doctor.

The more records you make the better you are able to see patterns in your Pain or if an intervention such as medication has been effective.
