They... are your friends, your audience, your crowd, and your peanut gallery. They... are on your side. With "They..." your jokes will never fall flat and your points will always be made. No matter what.

Talking to Cortana just say "They" with specifically designed commands added and it will play either a crowd laughing sound or a crowd booing sound. You must, however, adhere to the specified commands or you just might be met with the sound of silence.

So download the app and give it a try. They just might love you.

NOTE: It is worth practicing the commands you are going to use in public before you are actually in public. You only get one shot to really land your joke/point with some crowds. Have fun.
