How will you get your phone back if you lose it? If it's PIN locked, there's no way to know whose it is. Create a custom lockscreen wallpaper with your name and photo on it so people can see at a glance who you are. Maybe you'll hear a page at the airport when you leave it at the terminal next time!
Just drag the text or overlay photo around, or touch them to change them. You can also touch the background to change it. When you save, the time/date/event info isn't saved (it's just a guide).
