How many times have you needed a quick view of a calendar for the current month but you could not find one? You can always get to a calendar; look through your desk, click on the date/time on your Windows 7 desktop, or even start the calendar application on your Windows 7 Phone and navigate to the correct view. However, what if you just want to check, for example, what day of the week the 21st is this month? Or when the 15th is? That is where Tilendar comes in handy. By making it a tile on your start page, and activating the live tile updates, Tilendar will cause a display of the current month (with the current day highlighted) to be displayed all the time - right where you can easily see it, and then move on with your work.

Starting Tilendar will show you a full-screen calendar for the current month, and you can scroll through months by either swiping the calendar to the left or the right or by using the previous and next buttons on the menu. You can return to the current month by holding the calendar down for a second or so.
