HOW DOES IT WORK?

A clean, easy to use calendar interface in the app shows you your free and busy time slots drawn from your Outlook or Google Calendar. Simply swipe to select multiple times/dates to offer to an invitee, choose the contacts from your iPhone Address Book you would like to offer appointments to, and tap ‘Send’.

TimeTrade sends your invitations and includes a “click to schedule” link. Invitees can click the link, either on their desktop or mobile device, and select a time slot to instantly book the appointment with you.

That’s it! You both get notified and the appointment auto-magically appears in your Google or Outlook calendar.

TimeTrade sends reminders as the appointment time approaches, and you can manage your unconfirmed appointment “funnel” by resending invitations or placing outbound phone calls directly from the ”Follow Up List” in the app, with the tap of a finger.
