You may customize Tiny answer to fully replace the android call-in screen. That is, Tiny answer's small call buttons will be shown for all incoming calls, whether you are actively doing something or your phone is idle at Home Screen.

Even more, Tiny Answer can also be used for Outgoing calls. This is handy for people that do not want to be left at the "call log screen" when they finish a call. Tiny answer will take you to Home screen as soon as you dial out a number.
