Toddler World TV offers fun and educational videos for infants, toddlers, and young children -- content that should also be useful for older folks who are non-native English speakers (ESL). Most of the content centers around animated children's songs (original compositions), performed by the folk music group called The Little Blue Globe Band (sometimes referred to as LBGB).

The primary content developers are Matthew J. Dorman, PhD (songwriting, music performance, and production) and Esa Jussila (animation and video). There will also be Finnish language versions of the songs in the near future (located at youtube.com/taaperotv).
