Train for Pasco County Schools' Together We Stand 5K to help promote awareness of bullying, even if you're not a runner. This app helps you train for the 5K by being an in-your-pocket workout instructor. Load up the app, pop in your earbuds, and hit the pavement!

Based on a 9-week program for training non-runners, this app lets you select a day from the program and it then guides you through the workout, telling you when to run and when to take a break through audio and vibration alerts. The app keeps record of your completed workouts so you can track your progress as you advance through the program and prepare for the finish line.

Works great in tandem with your favorite music-playing app to help keep you motivated.
