With this app you can:

* Look for the active tickets

* Look for the active tickets grouped by owner

* Look for the active tickets grouped by status

* Recently modified tickets (2 days)

* This week tickets.

* You can search tickets.

* Obviously, acces to all those tickets.

* See the history of the ticket.

* Get attachments and add attachments.

* Add comments and change the status of a ticket.
