The Transfer, Lift, and Carry App, created by the Intermediate District 287 Physical Therapists, is designed to provide video demonstrations of commonly used techniques to transfer, lift and carry students from infancy to the age of 21. This App allows you to select from 11 options, which are then demonstrated in a video and audio format. This easy-to-navigate App allows you to pause and repeat the video as many times as necessary, to train multiple people in a variety of environments. The techniques described in Transfer Lift, and Carry, are designed to promote the safety of students, parents, caregivers and school staff members.
