Translates between languages using the (Bing) Microsoft Translator, Google speech to text engine and which ever Text to speech engine you have installed. To make the speech recognizer work better go to settings, language and input, voice typing. Set this to not be automatic. Also at settings, language and input, Voice search. make sure you have the languages that you are translating between selected under Languages.
