Travel Helper is a beta application that allows you to record your travel route on the Google Maps platform. Save your trips with the help of recorded points and review them later. Make different travel patterns on the map and share with your friends.

It is supporting a study on the relationship between travel behavior and health. Individuals of 18 years of age or older living in the Washington-Baltimore-Virginia metropolitan area are welcome to sign up at http://travel-survey.org/survey-participation-11 . All data intended to be collected through this application will not be done without the consent of the user.

This survey is being conducted by Sapeksha Vemulapati, a graduate research assistant with Transportation Systems Research at the University of Maryland. Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. The website mentioned is only being used as an online platform to collect information. The information collected through this website is confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual conducting the survey. The University of Maryland, it's partners and constituents are not responsible for the use of the information collected from this survey.
