This is the method I used to get this achievement (make sure you have 2 controllers)

1. Load up a "play now" match with two controllers (I prefer The Legends vs. a crappy team from another league like "DEL".?

2. Before you advance to gameplay, go into game settings and press RT, from the advanced settings tab change home shot or away shot to "manual" so you can control where your shot goes.

3. Start the game, grab your second controller and pull the goalie by pressing select + LB.

4. Drive down the center of the ice to the empty net and pull your LS and RS straight up on your controller.

5. With some luck the shot will go directly in the middle and hopefully hit the water bottle, keep repeating the process until you get it.
