Turkey Rocks is an interactive guide to Ephesus and its surrounding area. This free trial version allows access to the first chapter of each section and a preview of the interactive map. All content and features can be unlocked at any time using a single in-app purchase.

Are you tired of guidebooks that read more like gibberish than English? We are, too. So, we got the electronic rights to a book about Ephesus (written by an actual archaeologist) and have systematically organized and updated the content for the curious and intelligent tourist. We’ve added pictures, panoramas and a cool interactive map of Ephesus.

Turkey Rocks gives a suggested plan to follow that will allow you to get pictures of the library without a hundred other people in it. Each major site in Ephesus has its own chapter with pictures and information. If you want to spend the night near Ephesus, Turkey Rocks gives good suggestions (with contact information) in nearby towns.

Turkey Rocks has In App Purchase enabled to allow you to try the app out before you buy it. The first chapter in each section is unlocked and the rest of the headings are visible, but locked. The map comes up, but the interactive features, e.g., zooming in and out, are disabled. To purchase the app, tap on the top row of any screen and go through the normal In App Purchase process. The Turkey Rocks Ephesus guide activation costs are $3.99 or €2.99 or £2.39 depending on your country.
