Twoons is a twitter application with an ICS look, but it works on Android 2.2 and higher. It has all the features like multiple users, user auto completion, picture uploading, filters, etc. Twoons is column based and these columns are fully configurable to your needs, including notifications and background refreshing.

The phone calls permission is required for Play Store licensing.
