Description Attend the Ultimate Open House New Home Tour right from your phone. Just download this free app and you can virtually visit each home on the 2012 Ultimate Open House Tour. Created by adsfactory in conjunction with the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland and NW Natural, this helpful tool is designed as a guide for home enthusiasts.

And if you don't have time to personally visit each of the 34 homes on the Tour, you can visit each one virtually on your Smart Phone. To get started, simply tap the Builder, Location, or Idea Home icon you wish to explore.

When you select the Builder icon, you'll go to a list of builders participating in the Tour with links to each of their homes.

If you're interested in looking at a specific geography, select Location and you'll be shown a list of cities and areas where Tour homes are available. You will be presented with a virtual map showing the pinpoint locations of each home within that location. Tapping a pinpoint reveals the home's address and builder and leads you to that particular home's individual screen. If you are unsure about which location you want to visit, choose the map option from the bottom to open the virtual map of the entire Ultimate Open House New Home Tour. You'll also notice your current location is notated by the blinking blue dot. This feature can easily lead you to homes close to your proximity and make it more efficient when planning your driving route from home to home.

You can add the listing to your Facebook and Twitter pages, and you can even email the listing to friends and family. The app also gives you direct access so you can email or call the builder with any questions right from your phone.
