[FEATURES]
• Live Tile (shows LIVE UV Index)
• Live Tile background color changes according to the UV Index level
• Uses Background Task to update the Tile
[WARNINGS]
• Live Tile (under App Settings) must be turned switched on
• UV Index Alert must be allowed to use Background Task in order to get the Live Tile working
• Not launching the UV Index Alert App once every 7-10 days will result of auto-blocking its background task by the Windows Phone OS
