Ubicador 2 can take the coordinates of the current location, or, you can put a mark on the map and take its coordinates.

The app saves all the points in a database. You can export the database to KML, GeoJSON and delimited text, perfectly compatible with GIS (such as ArcGIS, Quantum GIS, MapInfo, etc), web mapping and Google Earth (the next update will come with support for GML).
