This app is a resource to assist health care professionals in caring for patients from diverse ethnic, religious and cultural groups and features good practice guidelines for person centred intercultural care and the provision of interpreter services. UNDERSTAND ME also features information on caring for ill and dying patients from specific ethnic, religious and cultural groups with additional information on palliative care. This App provides details of further resources for more comprehensive information on any of these aspects.
