App for reminding parents about their child's immunization schedule from Day-1 of birth with growth charts.

Objective of this application is to facilitate periodic alerts for the Parents about their Infant's/child's upcoming immunization appointment and keep track of immunization schedule as well as growth patterns. This helps the parents to be on a preventive mode thereby avoiding risks of possible illness.

Features:

1. Parents can create an account for each child. Basic details such as (a) Child's name (b) Gender (c) Date of birth need to be entered

2. This application encloses a basic vaccine list and recommended schedule for each vaccine as per international standards. However, this list could be edited in consultation with their family pediatrician or to suite the recommendations of any specific hospital or region. Adding certain vaccines with a parent specified date or removing a vaccine is possible with this application

3. At a glance view of the list of the vaccines, their due dates and details about the child's progress is available. Parents can enter details of child (such as actual date of vaccination, cost of vaccination, physical parameters of the child such as height/weight/head circumference ) recorded during the visit to their pediatrician

4. Parents will get a prior reminder (7 days in advance) about due vaccination appointment. The application need not be in active mode for reminder to be generated. Parents can snooze or dismiss the reminder, Snooze period is configurable

5. Assessment of the Child's progress through percentile reference graph - which is based on child growth standards as mentioned by World Health Organization (WHO) and IAP
