This application is designed to facilitate the development and documentation of Value Stream Mapping . Process engineers, managers, business owners, process improvement specialists, process owners, and in general any production operator can easily create a VSM while walking the production floor.

This intuitive tool targets non value added activities involved in a business assessment applying VSM and Lean concepts.

Simplified menus guide the user through a quick set up to immediately build the VSM step by step up to a maximum of 10 operations in a VSM.

Users have access to maintain up to 4 different VSM’s concurrently.

All VSM’s are active for 48 hrs from the time of VSM data set up; expired data is deleted from the database regularly.

Default time unit is the second. If using a different unit make sure that entire VSM data is consistent with the new adopted unit; results must be stated in the new units instead of seconds (default), stamped by the app.
