"See, Click, Fix” is an integrated system of web and mobile application for reporting problems in Skopje municipalities, in order to help the local authorities in Skopje, as well as the Macedonian general public, to effectively detect, report and fix:

o Street holes

o Damaged street lights

o Damaged municipal property

o Water supply and Sanitation defects

o Garbage waste

With the help of a geo – based system users can find the location of the problem, report it and set course of action for each reported item. The application also provides a review of all previously reported problems, so that users can easily check the status of each of the problems.

With this Android mobile application, users can take a photo of the detected problem, and send it to the back system where it will be registered. The application itself will locate the address of the problem using a GPS tracking system, will add it on a map, and sent it to the system of the municipality responsible for the area. The user can add additional comments to this notification and send it to the responsible authorities for a review.

Using this system of early reporting and prevention of damage, the citizens can easily help the process of creating better traffic conditions, and waste reduction on the public and private properties.
