With Virtual Pet 7 you can have your own virtual pet right on your Windows Phone 7 ! You will have to hatch a new pet and name him, then train him up if you want him to grow in to a brand new pet. Dont forget to use the Camera button to have pictures of your different pets saved to your picture library. Each pet has their own mini game to play to raise their happy meter, which you will have to raise unless you want them to run away. Your pets also demand food and sleep from you while they train and earn exp.

You also dont have to worry about your pet dying on you when your not looking. Your pet will be exactly as you left it upon restarting Virtual Pet 7, See which pets you can get, maybe even find secret ones. In order to hatch a new pet you must hit the reset button.
