VisitSerbia application allows you to find and book a hotel in Serbia via the reservation system of VisitSerbia.org. You can search a hotel in a desired date and send your reservation request. An operator will contact you within a few minutes to confirm the reservation. Our operators are available 24 hours.

This application allows you to:

1. Search and make a reservation of hotel (and other accommodation facilities) in Serbia

2. Insight to your reservation status

3. Contact with the operator services for reservations, which is available 24 hours a day.

When you search for hotels it shows only hotels that have available accommodation in the requested period. The system currently has over 130 hotels in Serbia which signed the contract which commits them to keep a regular and accurate updates of their hotel offer, availability and prices.

When you enter the hotel information, it displays detailed description of the hotel, and billing rates for the requested period, indicating if the breakfast and city tax are included in the price or not. The application also displays photos and detailed information about the hotel. In the new version of the application there will be a map, picture resolution will be higher and there will be more information about hotels.

For now, when choosing a hotel by clicking the “Book” button, application sends the reservation to the operator who then calls the client to take additional information and finish the booking process.

In the next version, the search results will display only accommodation facilities that enable provision without a credit card and which will enable that the entire booking process will have instant confirmation of reservation.

Insights into the existing reservation allows customers, instead to search through their crowded mail boxes, to have all the details of the reservation in one place. In addition to data about the reservation such as reservation number, hotel address, date of stay at the hotel and the final guaranteed price customers will pay at the reception, there is also a description of how to get to the hotel which proves to be a very useful information for clients (assuming that the hotel fill this information in the system).
