Voice Med Reminder is a tool which is designed to be best companion for a patient.

It does reminder for medication

- record a voice ( Anything which gives relief when you are sick like your dear ones talk, favorite music , or even description of the medication ) and set it as reminder.

- medication at specific time of the day OR at regular interval of time.

- view and analyze your medication history and send it through email to have a record ( can share with doctor too )

It has simple and straight forward operation and does not need instruction to user.

How a nurse can use this app for his/her daily work?

1. Add a reminder ( specific time / interval mode ) with medicine name as patient_name_medicine_name. Just patient_name also sufficient.

2. If you want to get reminded keep the reminder ON, otherwise keep it OFF

3. When ever you give medication to a patient, Got to 'scheduling and actions'->'take med' ( clicking 'take dose' in home page ) and tap on 'Taken now' against your patient name.

4. End of the day , 'View medication history' from the 'scheduling and action'->'take med' screen, and make your record or verify record of job done. you can email this medication history to next 'in charge' nurse as handing over duties.

How this app is helpful to a doctor?

A doctor can ask his/her patient to use this app and record it when ever they take medicine. And patient can very easily send that comprehensive report to you. This would give a clear idea on how patient followed medication and what is his/her progress.

How this app helpful to researchers?

Researchers can use this app to study medication patterns and impact of the same. Patients can send their medication history to Research person who makes studies on medication.
