IMPORTANT: Volume Manager is developed for Windows Phone 8. Currently it does not work with Windows Phone 8.1. We are working hard to make it work on Windows Phone 8.1. We will update the app as soon as we find a way to work with new Volume controls introduced in WP8.1.
