Votem was developed as a way to conduct an educational environment election. Votem is self contained in that it provides for the creation and counting of the ballots.The basic steps of VOTEM use are:1. Create either a Primary Ballot or a General Ballot.2. Print the ballots. Either by e-mailing or AirPrinting directly. Given the choice, print the sheets in full size mode.3. Administer the election by distributing the ballots printed in step 1.4. The completed ballots are then scanned into an e-mail capable scanner/copier. The user e-mails the scanned result to an e-mail account on the iPad. 5. The user submits the scanned ballot set by opening the e-mail and tapping and holding the PDF file icon in the e-mail sent from the scanner.6. Votem will respond by processing the ballot set and presenting the results.It is recommended that the free version be mastered prior to purchase considerations of the paid version.
