WODRight is the creation of Christian L’Heureux, a Crossfit Coach in Washington, DC. It began as a way for Christian to answer a question each of his clients asked him at some point: “How much weight should I use on this workout?” This question is pervasive in Crossfit as recommended weights lack meaning for most clients. After years of training and research, Christian developed a system of scaling weights and movements for his clients based on three factors1. Individual strength in Back Squat, Deadlift, and Overhead Press2. Experience Level3. Volume of the workout to be performedBy using these factors, he was able to accurately recommend weights tailored to each of his clients. This allowed him to confidently answer that question, “how much weight should I use on this workout?” for every client, regardless of the workout design or movements being performed.
