This widget ("9sEating+") is to help you Eat healthly.

It display the Calorie and cholesterol you have eaten for today.

This is the advanced (full) version.

Please check the suitable value for your age and activity for the day to ensure you eat healthily,

e.g.

if you sit all the day, you watch the class I value,

if you do a lot of exercise the day, you watch the class III value.

The Best Calorie intake value for a person is NOT a fixed value for a person for all day!

If other apps tell you an exact value for all day, they are deceiving you.

After you have eaten something:

1 click on the widget

2 select the food eaten

3 input the 3-digit weight( ??? g)

4 save

then it will auto calculate the calorie and cholesterol and accumulate for today.

You can input your weight (at least once for a month) and compare its curve trend with the calorie intake curve trend.

You can check calorie, cholesterol, food-eaten for any date.

You can check the food which you have eaten for any date.

To install:

1 click MENU key

2 click ADD

3 tool

4 select this widget: 9sEating

It will then appear on Home screen.
