NAME AND DESCRIPTIONWaykn is a digital magazine app that gives users daily articles based on generally accepted scientific facts from cosmology and physics, to evolution, neuroscience and genetics.FEATURES AND FUNCTIONSUsers receive a new Waykn article every day.The most recent article will always display first on the home screen.Users are able to swipe left and right to move between articles.There is a search function, based on the titles, to locate previous articles or to list all articles in date order.Users are able to share Waykn articles, or parts of articles, using social media, email and messaging.AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONSWhen you install Waykn on your device, there is a 30 day free trial period.At the end of, or during, the trial period users are given the option to subscribe to Waykn to continue using the app to receive daily articles.The subscription period is 30 days and users will receive a Waykn article every day.The subscription function is accessed by a down swipe on any article page.Subscriptions cost $0.99 (USD) per 30 day period, or the equivalent amount stipulated by Apple for your currency region.Payments will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew by unsubscribing at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and the cost of renewal will be a further $0.99 (USD), or the equivalent stipulated by Apple for your currency region.Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by choosing Unsubscribe from the Your account page after purchase.If you subscribe to the app before your initial 30 day free trial period has expired, you agree to forfeit your rights to any unused portion of the free trial period.No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period and you if you choose to unsubscribe your subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.The unsubscribe and restore subscription functions are accessed via the My account page by a down swipe on any article page for a subscribed user.When you unsubscribe you will still be able to use Waykn but will not have access to any new daily articles after the expiry date of your subscription.When you re-instate your subscription you will get access to all previous articles as well as all new daily articles.
