Embeds the waypoint navigation functionality of a handheld GPS unit into a simple and easy to use application for your phone. Main display shows waypoint coordinate, distance, bearing as well as your current heading.
Version 1.0.0.0 features:
- High contrast interface designed for outdoor use.
- Able to import waypoints from GPX file attachments; e.g. through email, etc.
- Waypoint editor allows for manual coordinate entry, as well as tap-hold entry on the map.
- Existing waypoints can be edited by tapping and holding on the desired entry in the waypoint list.
- Option to prevent screen from locking.
- Option to select either true or magnetic north.
- Current waypoint being navigated to is saved during close, and will automatically reload during application start up.
