Read the Bible on your Android Wear compatible smartwatch device. Works on Android phones and tablets too! You will need a connection to the internet on your mobile device as all content comes from free online Bible service providers. There are several different Bible versions available and I plan to also support the Bible in different languages as well eventually (English only at the moment).

Reading the Bible on your watch is not necessarily the best platform I'll admit, but it is novel and provides a quick, easy way to read God's Word quickly. Also consider that extensive reading of the Bible on your watch, while great for your spirit, may not be so good for your wearable's battery life.

This initial version is pretty bare bones. Right now you can choose Bible verses to read from the Old or New Testament on either your wearable or mobile device. You can select service providers and different Bible versions on the mobile only but it applies to the wearable as well.

I plan to offer several more features that make more sense on a wearable such as:

- Save your favorite verses for quick recall on your mobile/wearable

- Add Bible memorization cards on your mobile/wearable

- Display Bible devotional cards on your mobile/wearable

- Better controls for verse choosers on both mobile/wearable

- Support for more Bible versions via additional service providers

- Support for multiple languages

- Offline support possibly

Please note:

- Make sure your Smartwatch is compatible with Android Wear. If it's not, this app won't work.

- Make sure your Smartwatch is paired and connected to your phone to install the wearable app and wait a few minutes after the initial install on your phone before attempting to access it on your watch.
