Keep things simple and replace your gym workout notebook with this electronic version!

First choose what day of the week today is. Then while you're at the gym or home gym enter in what muscle group you plan on working during the exercise. Next enter in the exercise name that you are doing, the set you are on, the number of reps for this set and then the weight you're using. Do this for each set and exercise, just like you would keep track of it in your gym workout notebook. To view previous workouts for that day of the week just tap the previous dates.
