Replace your gym workout notebook with this quick and simple workout tracker! Instead of carrying around a big notebook and a pencil around the gym just use this tracker, you'll have your trusty smartphone on you anyways! This app is very simple and quick designed on a weekday basis so you can easily keep track of what you did last Monday etc. This makes it easy to view daily progress through the weeks giving you a smaller view of your goal making it more attainable and less daunting than viewing a huge calendar and dreading all the work you need to do.First start by choosing today's day of the week. Then while you're at the gym type in what muscle group you'll be working on followed by the exercise name, the set number, the number of repetitions and the weight you'll be doing for the first exercise you'll be doing. Repeat this for each exercise and set within that exercise.
