This super app allows us to keep track of how happy our team is. So, everyday, we ask the team to check in and tell us their mood. Are they, Awesome, Happy, Challenged, Mad, Sad, or Stressed. And every time they tell us, they get reward points. But if they are unhappy for more than two days in a row, their team leader will be notified through email, so they can talk to the team and hope to make them happier. Now that's cool.

But, its not just about the team's mood, with all the happenings in the the company, we want to make sure that all our team are totally looped in on the news and latest gossips. So there is a news function, also, when we want to do something as a team we can do Polling/ Voting, for example, movie nights or outings or just going out and having more fun.

The fun doesn't stop there, because we know most of our team are social media celebs and some are even superstars. This gives us an edge to spread the cool words of our clients. So there is a Task function, where the team can share any content posted by our social team. To add to the fun, we give more points for every time a task is completed.

Lets not forget that the app will also have all our team contacts. So no excuses for people saying, I don't have their contact.

So to make this a truly super awesome, and because every task on the app scores points, we decided that for the person with the most reward points in the month, we will give them the coolest gadgets as their prize for being the happiest, coolest, and loudest team member.
