This is an app for rolling dice of any amount of sides.

This is not the most beautiful, nor the most feature-rich dice-app on the market, but it has a small footprint, runs on most devices, offers decent entropy, has a log, and it requires no permissions.

It has some kinks I'll try to work out, for example screen-rotation resets the log, so beware of that.
