The ZOS Discrete Agent (ZDA) is a mobile application that showcases the capabilities of the ZOS Platform. The ZDA enables registered mobile devices to act as context-aware sensors, interacting with ZOS’ cloud-based location and contextual triggering platform. The ZDA, in conjunction with the ZOS platform, collects and processes location and environmental data to obtain accurate, high availability location and enable cloud-to-device interactivity.

The ZDA allows registered users to:

1. Trigger cloud-based rules in the ZOS platform based on location and proximity to WiFi and iBeacons

*Requires a device capable of Bluetooth 4.0 (Bluetooth Low Energy or BLE)

2. Receive message notifications and display rich-content messages in the application inbox

3. Toggle ZOS location services usage from within the application
