Note that only messages send from this application using your templates are available for backup and NOT all your historical messages. If the template is changed before sending the message, this will NOT be reflected in your backup.

Also make sure that you have a folder created on your Skydrive account at the root level so that they appear on your list of folders to backup your messages to.
