We all have our good and bad days in our everyday life. And because we are so many, we chose to express these emotions in different methods and in multiple forms. But one way is proven to be true in most of the cases: sharing these emotions, ether bad or good with each other will send these emotions to new heights and make them stronger.
That's why we have created beBetter. An Android app where users will share anonymously their best happenings with the community and also share their hardest days to look for support and solutions from other users.
We have created "rooms" based on the type of emotions and events. Like when people are happy, they can share their experiences in categories like how good they feel in a new relationship, when they graduate to look for advice how to continue their journey , seeking for advice where to travel and many other rooms.
Also when they are sad and not in their best days, they can express themselves in categories like breaking up with their significant other, losing a family member, losing their job, discrimination, depression and accidents. This way they can get advice from other fellow users how to handle those situations and heal faster.
In the mean time, there are multiple studies that state that when we read and learn from others people mistakes and misfortunes, we learn for ourselves and tend to feel better. So when you end a relationship after five years, you will find that you aren't the only one suffering from the same misfortune, but learn that there are thousands of others that are in the same shoes as you and through communication with each other, we are more open and tend to "beBetter" in a short period.
